Comparing civil rights and human rights.
Civil rights:
Civil rights are the rights of individuals to receive equal treatment and to be free from unfair treatment or "discrimination" in a number of settings -- including education, employment, housing, and more -- and based on certain legally-protected characteristics. http://public.findlaw.com/civil-rights/civil-rights-basics/civil-rights-defined.html
Hunman rights:
Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. http://www.ohchr.org/EN/Issues/Pages/WhatareHumanRights.aspx
